Description: The eight verbs (decide, choose, score, tag, filter, rank,
        find, annotate) plus recognize and relate, with a tt_ prefix,
        over the thinkthen Rust library. A column goes in and a column
        comes out. NA is "not sure". A bulk call crosses into the
        engine once and runs at the engine's throttle. Errors carry one
        of six kinds and a retry signal.
